Under the sea glamour comes packed into this 1970s Silk pastel circle skirt from Nicole Miller for PJ Walsh. Nicole was hired in the early 70s as head designer for Phyllis Walsh during the time this skirt went into production. Excellent condition with ocean motifs of coral, sea and fish print throughout the skirt that comes across like a watercolor painting.
